Majority logic gate

A gate or gate-like circuit having multiple inputs (typically three or more), the output state of which changes in response the state held by the majority of its inputs. That is, if a greater number of incoming signals are high than are low, the output will present one logic state, but if a greater number of incoming signals are low, then output will present the opposite state.
As with most BEAM neurons; BEAM majority logic circuits are typically inverting. In other words if the majority of incoming signals are high the output of the circuit will be low. And if the majority of inputs are pulled low the output of the circuit will be high.
