Charge: In BEAM circuits this term generally refers to the electric potential (typically measured in volts) that is built up in, and/or stored by a capacitor, or a battery when an electric current is or has been applied to it, typically through a resistor (in the case of a capacitor) or some type of regulating circuit (for batteries).
